Within the hour, our vendor, Sign Now, will email you a digital Rental or Payment Plan agreement to complete. Your gear will not ship until we have received your signed and completed agreement.
If you have not received this agreement within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us immediately.
Please remember, that no refunds can or will be issued once the sealed plastic is removed from any new gear. If the gear is the wrong size, DO NOT remove the plastic seal and contact us immediately
All Payment Plan and Rental products ship FREE 1 business day after your contract completion. All products ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery.
You will need to contact us immediately after completing your agreement if you want 2-day Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping is a non-negotiable flat fee of $50.
You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as the gear ships. It may take up t0 24-48 hours for our shipping vendors systems to update once you have your tracking code.
