Baseball Forest Gear may be shipped via several different third-party logistics companies, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, On-Trac, and etc
All orders will have a tracking number associated with each shipment. Please note that Baseball Forest is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once the gear has been considered 'delivered' by one of our logistics partners.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we can provide you with the tracking information and a receipt so you can file a claim directly with the logistics provider.
Return Policy for Pre-Sales, Purchased, or Financed Bats

All defective bats are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties vary, but most bats have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require a copy of your receipt for all returns. If you need a copy of your receipt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a receipt. Your name and order # will be required.
To Redeem a warranty please locate the gear manufacturers website link below, and follow their instructions.
Baseball Forest offers a 14 Day Return Policy from the day the item was delivered, on new products only.
All unused items in their original condition AND packing may be returned for a refund. Packing includes the plastic wrapper around bats.
If you have a defective item, all warranties are handled between the consumer and the product manufacturer and your item should be forwarded directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Any and all costs associated with shipping and/or replacing the item will be at the burden of the consumer, Baseball Forest does not cover any shipping and/or replacing costs if the item falls outside of the Baseball Forest return policy.
To return a bat that qualifies for a Baseball Forest refund, contact us via email@example.com, and a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
Print this off, place the bat in a box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized shipping center.
Items must be shipped via the prepaid shipping label, or they are not eligible for a refund.
All returns will be processed within 2 business days of the day we receive them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. All returns will be assessed a 6% re-stocking fee.
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account over the next 3-4 business days following approval of your refund as it may take 3-4 business days for funds to settle.
If your return is denied, the item will be shipped back to you at cost assessed to the consumer and email notification outlining the reason for denial will be issued.

PLEASE REMEMBER: NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED FOR BATS WITH PLASTIC WRAPPING REMOVED AND/OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED.
